The agency office and godown place are at different venues, which causes difficulty if we want to surrender the gas cylinders. We faced the same. On call they call to the offi e, then ask us to go to godown to surrender the cylinders and come back to office for further formalities. Can't they keep in the same building at ground floor?
Worst ever agency .. no proper service .. Employees listen to songs on mobile .. After asking 3 times recieved my answer wrong.. Numbers not working ..
