I bought an hybrid cycle from this store 3 months back and till now almost done 100km and through-out only one servise done and still it is going amazing...the service is awesome and that too without any charges. Thanks (cross bike's).

I bought a hero cycle from this shop during lockdown. pros Very good experience. Reasonably priced shop. Sales person is knowledgeable about bikes and provides correct guidance. Post sale service....servicing of bike is also good. Any day would recommend it. Cons For helmet and other accessories you need to go to shop on other side of road. Not available in the shop. Not a big worry as lakshmi road is full of cycle shops so can get it anywhere.

Purchased 21 gear Herculis 18" cycle from here. On next day morning front tyre was tore up. My son was too upset. I called up several times but nobody was picking up phone. After several tries someone picked up the phone and asked me to bring cycle to shop. As I told him that I live I at long distance from his shop, he suggested me to visit near by shop of his recognition. I visited there, the mechanic replaced local brand tyre tube. And asked me to recheck power break fitting as may be because of that tyre was tore up. After fitting wheel, I took the cycle to another mechanic near to my home to recheck breaks. He told me there is nothing wrong withbreak fittings but the tyre must be faulty or of low quality and that's why it got tore. So entire experience was very disappointing. Beware while purchasing anything from here. I will not recommend this shop to anybody. Totally pathetic.
