The customer service is extremely bad. I had given a Citizen Eco Drive Watch for servicing, the owner had my watch for more than 2 weeks and kept extending. There was no progress with the watch even after 2 weeks. The owner said he would change some parts and add a new capacitor, solar panel and service the watch but nothing was done. Wouldn't recommend going to this store.

Very bad and horrific experience. Never knew the owner screams and terrifies you when you take their services issues to them. Ever thought would experience such kind of snippy behavior and write such review. Hope by reading this, going onwards store would not behave what they did with any other customer. Please have someone who knows how to deal with their customers.
