Worst & very very bad service I had given my mobile for navigation problem for 6times it is under warranty but the problem is not solve &they suggest me to buy a new phone very worst service &I will suggest to every one don't buy Micromax mobile very bad company

Located at prime spot in Middle city accessible easily from every part of city. Small service center. Inform customer about proposed cost, Time for repairs. Submitted mobile for screen freeze. First time told to update software. Problem remains after update also. Second time told to replace mother board which cost 2000/-. After repair also mobile will sell for 500/-. Hence no option was left but to throw mobile in scrap. Need to upgrade technical skill and knowledge.

Very bad service. They fitted old battery of micromax yureka & charged 1150. Then I gave complaint to Micromax head office. After that they sent new battery. Not recommended at all.

I have a mixed review about this service centre. I had a problem with my external speaker which was producing low and glitchy sound. I was asked to submit my phone for half and hour to get the speaker changed for 450 bucks. After waiting for one hour which was more than the expected, i get my phone back saying we tried to replace the speaker twice but the problem still persist. Please come after two days so that we can order new speaker meanwhile. I asked them what did you replaced just now. They said we had one what we replaced but problem still persist. Now currently i am waiting for two days to get that ordered. So i have two thoughts while returing back. 1. Did they were trying to put a old spare and get a temporary fix and charge me more? 2. Will they actually order a new one and inform me as they didnt ask me any information for contact me back. Also they refuse to give any receipt for the phone u get service for.
