We had a booking for an airport pick up from Mumbai to Pune for our family members who were coming via an international flight at 1am and Simran travels shared the driver details by the previous afternoon. However the passengers (a father and 2 very young kids) were waiting for the car at the airport for over 1.5 hours from 1am. For an hour the assigned driver kept saying he was reaching the airport soon and made them wait. Then after an hour of keeping them waiting he said that he had picked up some other passengers and another car was going to pick them up. Another car picked them up 1.5 hours later. It was a harrowing time for the travellers who were waiting at the airport through the night, as well as us in Pune speaking to Simran travels and various drivers to get our family picked up in the middle of the night. This is not a reliable service. They had messed up the dates and passenger name / pick up timings. It would have been better to use the prepaid taxi at the airport instead of relying on Simran travels.

Booked a innova , pune to airport drop on 22 July 12 .. 12-5 pm ... the car was good , spacious , clean .... came on time... A slight suggestion.... when the Guests were dropped and v checked with them about journey details , they requested to send this feedback... There was lane-cutting many times , the DRIVER seemed SLEEPY so they asked him to take a TEA BREAK within 90 minutes of the start of journey... REQUEST THE TRAVEL COMPANY TO SEE THAT THE DRIVERS are SUFFICIENTLY RESTED , coz it's a matter of everyone's lives... THIS IMPROVEMENT will help in IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF UR SERVICE A LONG WAY ..... thanks.... Hope it's taken in a POSITIVE MANNER... ALL the BEST

Saba Tours and Travels gave us excellent service. Our trip to Goa and our return trip to Pune was very comfortable. Both their drivers, Yasin Patel and Manoj Wagh were very good and considerate to us, given the fact that we were travelling with a pet dog. We have faced problems with all other app-based taxi services when it comes to travelling with a pet. I recommend them for being pet friendly and people friendly.
