I have had a lovely experience at The Skin Story Clinic. Right from the staff to the doctors all are really very good. So a little bit about my experience here - My husband had started his treatment in 2019 for which we had paid some advance money, post which we went to Mumbai (due to the pandemic) and could not continue his treatment (We were co-ordinating with Saayali). After coming back to Pune this year , I requested them to adjust my amount against the advance given to start a treatment for me. They not only adjusted the amount , but were even very proactive to call me back for giving each and every detail about everything (balance amount etc.) , which usually doesn't happen in case of advance paid any where. Also, with the cream that Dr Usha has given, I can see improvement in just two days. So all in all, this place is highly recommended for super service and super people !! Kudos to the entire team.

I have been visiting this clinic for the past month for skincare and I am really pleased and happy with the progress I have made in such a short span of time. Its a really personable clinic and the cosmetologists are extremely dedicated to the way they carry out their craft, personally giving their attention to listen and sort out any issues you might have. Dr. Usha is simply superb. I had a great experience of treatment. Her diagnosis is simply great. I was suffering so badly with skin problem, post taking only 7 days medicines prescribed by Dr. Usha, my skin is perfectly alright.
