Purchasing a Flat at Skyways Sereno has been a dream come true for me. My sister introduced me to the sales staff and in one go I decided to buy it. Mr. Ajinkya helped me a lot with smooth and hassle free registration and ownership process. I like the location and space provided. I think each property has its "pros and cons"!!! Its good what I have experienced till date.

Sales and services is good by Ajinkya and team.. puts great efforts to process documentation etc smoothly.. Flats are good, minor defects but good service and prompt responses, friendly staff tries to help as sooner as they can.. The place you live in your home connects your feeling and the team makes sure that you get it. Good nature, friendly and experienced staff having good co-ordination with team to provide good quality flats with better amenities on timely basis. Wish to get more better flats bought in future for friends and family

The sales received from Yogal was excellent. Ajinkya was also very helpful during the entire process. He could be reached out when needed and helped resolve different queries and ensured smooth flow for the complete end to end process.The flats are good here and all the required amenities like pool,gym,power backup,gas pipeline are here. Overall, buying a flat here was a good decision for me.
