We visited Dr.pooja for my 6 year old son. What I was impressed is the way she acclimatized my son with the instruments and mentally prepared him for a tooth extraction (shark teeth) as he was very apprehensive with anyone even touching his tooth. The 2 step process of acclimatization and later the procedure was a wonderful way to deal with the situation. Of course the staff are courteous they followed up after the procedure to check for issues. And the doctor is stellar. Very inviting space for kids.what more can one ask for.

I and my daughter (3 year old) had a great, smooth experience here. The staff and (DN) are friendly, respectful, caring and courteous of your time. The office is run very smoothly and efficiently.This is a great place to go take care of your kids teeth. Definitely recommended.

Dr Pooja put a lot of thought into the best way to serve children. The waiting rooms are inviting for little people with small tables and chairs for coloring while they wait. The staff, from the reception area through to check out seem to be trained in handling children in kind and helpful ways. Most importantly, Dr Pooja is more hygienist. They go slow with the younger kids, without pushing them past their comfort level. Parents are allowed to sit with smaller children on the table. I'm not worried that my child will have anxiety about visiting the dentist. Absolutely, impeccable skill, knowledge, and overall professionalism. My kid is blessed to be part of this practice." Highly recommended!!!

Just Gyan no treatments. We went here twice. Once for my daughter and once for my wife. This clinic is just a agency for other Specialists Dentists. Doctor here don’t do any treatment by themselves. Looted 1700 just for consultation and x rays for my wife . So basically you have to feed 2 doctors for single treatment. Very bad. Edit after receiving reply from Smile Stories: 1. Can you please give break up of my wife’s charges of Rs. 1700 . 2. You call specialist for root canal, extraction, filling etc. What are you specialist in ? Why should patients come to you since you do nothing. Patients can straight away go to specialist‘s clinic. All specialists do have their clinic. 3. When my wife came to your clinic she was in pain because of food particles were stuck in pocket. What efforts did you put in relieving her pain. Did you try to clean the pockets at least? At the time of booking appointment it was clearly mentioned that it was not just for check up but treatment. 4. I miss to mention all other staff was very cordial and professional and clinic was very well maintained. Regards

Very good clinic and kids get really comfortable with Dr.Pooja which is the main thing. Her work and knowledge is really commendable. She explains what's wrong with the proper solution too. I recommend every one to visit once to get a permanent and better solution to kids teeth problems.

Best clinic to visit... Dr Pooja, thanks for treating Advait and mainly making him comfortable while treatment. Before Dr Pooja we had visited other 2-3 pediatricians but no one seems to be as best as Dr Pooja. My son undergo long treatment under Dr Pooja, as he was very small 3 yrs old we were very nervous but She handled him perfectly... SINCERE staff.... WELL MANAGED clinic...

A very nicely done up new dental clinic, with sweet staff and endearing doctors. The children’s section is adorable wish I was a kid again to be able to use that space, haha. I would highly recommend Smile Stories, both doctors care about their patients comfort and well being which is the most important. Will be back soon for all of my family’s dental needs too!
