unprofessional employees. Called them to check for some instrument and told them that I am coming to collect... went there driving (7 KM)... and after reaching they gave 2 option 1. By something else - similar one 2. go to somewhere else in Hadapsar gaon with their employee to collect. Completely unprofessional.
