We bought cocker spaniel from Stephen. This is our first pet. Stephen delivered the puppy at home with dog food, feeding bowl and medicines. He spent good amount of time explaining how to take care of the puppy and what to expect for next few days. He was very patient and answered all our doubts. We are very happy with our pet now. My kids spent quality time playing and taking care of the dog. I happy with the service provided by Stephen.
We bought a Beagle from Stephen. Not only he answered all questions patiently before the sale was made, but he also called us the following day to check how we and the pup is settling in. He is never in a rush while dealing with our queries or concerns. He believes in valuing and maintaining strong relationship with customers even after the sale which I liked the most.
