I ordered a pair of bangles from her at an exhibition after seeing the same piece in a smaller size she told me we will make and send you I told her if it's not like this and I don't like it then ,she said we will take it back and return your money... I gave the full payment on bank transfer she sent a piece which was a wrong size and totally different in finish of what I had seen the piece she sent was rough and bruised my hand and it was all coated with some black greese when I told her she said I will make another one and send in one week and if you don't like we will return the full money she did not send in a month time also I sent the the bad piece and since then she sonal is abiding my calls n message I was very upset by her attitude andshe s not returning my payment of 8100. Now she has blocked me on whatsapp!! Imagine a lady doing this to someone who trusted her ... Pls do not believe in sonal what matters is money to her ... She has the piece and my money and has blocked me .. wants me to buy something else...Is this what is expected from your customers...
