These guys have no timing sense, this is the third time, i booked over the phone, reached there on time and when i reached they said it is lunch time and you have to wait. We were there for 30 minutes and still no one provided any service and finally we left. Last two times also, we took appointment and reached there on time but they said you have to wait. What is the point of taking appointment then? No timing sense at all, stop taking appointments. Very unprofessional. Last year we registered for their membership and along with that they provided some coupons. No one mentioned they are not accepted over the weekends, i don't get it, what are these terms and conditions? Coupons are coupons, how does it matter weekend or weekdays?

One of the best Salon for hair-cut in Hinjewadi Phase 3. The shop is fully AC and clean. Staff is humble and polite. They keep the hair cut simple for basic users like me. Rate is genuine and have offers going on.
