Very rude main lady officer, don't expect your work will be done in single visit if you are going on your own. If you go via Agent (i.e. pay some money) then only your work will be done quickly.

As far as government offices go, this one has decent speed and responsiveness. The office premises themselves are terribly dilapidated. I was surprised to see a modern CCTV camera in this age old building. Work is online, they upload your agreements to the website within a couple of hours. The office also works overtime if required in case of urgent cases.
