Pathetic management. Even though you might have an appointment, you will have to wait for a good 1 hr for your turn. Receiptionist are just clueless what's going on. It's all about money there and not the patients concerns. Better to visit elsewhere.

Absolutely hopeless! Just gives useless creams from his own Medical store which is unauthorised. Sun Cream, Moisturiser and other high priced items. His consultation is not worth Rs 500/-. Not worth even Rs 50/-. Don’t waste your time.

------ NEGATIVE RATING The worst management and Dr. I have ever seen in my life. He doesn't behave like a doctor even. I wish I could give him the negative rating and could write up here everything I want to write ( worst) . Please do not waste your time going there. Giving medicine is not the only job of a doctor or any hospital. Proper management and behavior is also the part of it which they should understand. There are plenty of doctors out there which you can refer to. I'm regretting a big time that I went there though I didn't consult the doctor after an argument happened for waiting issue. This is the recent experience I'm sharing which happened just 15 min back. I hope Dr. and his management read this and realize what they do.

Dr. Grandhi is a money minded docter. He continued my laser treatment even if it was not working on me...just to earn INR 2000/- each visit

Very poor management. They are giving appointments but still forcing the patient to wait for too long time. Not suggested for time punctual people.

Doctor is good but the issue is of Receptionist she is down right rude and uncooperative. We had reached well within the consultative hours continuously 3 days from Chakan but she simply refused to take appointment and her way of taking is very bad. It's ridiculous she never thought about patients time and from where he came. It's very bad experience for me I will never recommend this hospital to anyone due to that lady.
