Enough spacious for parking and other children activities or play. Security : Yes, available. Guest parking is enough spacious. You can easily arrange small programs for birthdays, marriages, and other few small events. As hall is available. But need to have permission. Easily can find as situated on main road / street.

No security barriers anymore, it is no more a gated community. Property prices are unnecessarily high, no in-home power backup supply till 7pm. However the place is green and livable.

No proper roads. People from dun empire park cars deliberately to block the roads. Sun empire people have deliberately constructed speed breakers which will damage your shoulders and spinal chords.
