These people are criminals. I booked online through their website and paid in advance and then they charged me again at checkout. This was in January and I have send multiple emails and called every two weeks. They never respond to my emails and now when I call they just hang up on me. Be advised, they will try and cheat you. I will never do business again with an establishment that treats their guests so horribly.
