The Britishera manmade Pashan lake, spread over 40 square kilometres, attracts migratory birds every year and remains a popular spot for birdwatchers. The lake is part of a rivulet (Ramnadi), which originates from Bavdhan and flows via Pashan, Sutarwadi and Baner to Someshwarwadi before flowing into Mula river.

Before getting to the lake there is a very long walkway and it is completely surreal.

Great place for a morning walk. Calm and peaceful. To top it, the view of Pashan lake beside the natural walking track is simple mindblowing. Usually not that crowded. Very difficult to find such places amidst the concrete jungle these days. Only con is that this is open for limited hours only. Open at 6am and closes at 6pm with a break in between. Would surely recommend to visit this place.

It's present in a secluded place but is a good place for jogging except in monsoons and though it has timing constraints there is "No Security Inside". Prefer to go in groups only( 3 and more ) Please be advised not to go alone there since it has wild growth of bushes and trees which may feel intimidating.

Beautiful place to chill. Not very crowded. Has a small garden with slides, swings for kids. There is also a nursery here. Not many stalls around the garden so carry eatables , water as it won't be easily available around. No fare needed, but is open for fixed timings. Ample parking available.

This place is really good for bird watching and photography, but you need prior written permission from PMC to click pictures over there. This has come to my attention when a PMC officer stopped me from clicking pictures the last time I visited this place. They also have a sign board of "couples not allowed" hanging on the main gate.

An awesome place for bird watching and jogging if you go early in the morning. But not a kind of place to go with your family at odd timings.

A small serene place. This place doesn't has much showy things. The lake side view is simple amazing. The walk through the woods is quite refreshing and pacifying. You can have a great photo session here. Going with your clan or your loved one will be really great.
