Its a very bad consultancy form as they take your concerns and issue in a very light manner. This is not a professional behaviour to deal with how they conduct themselves. I would really like them to improve upon their communication skills.

I expect job placement consultancies to be bothered enough to inform candidates if they have been selected in an interview or not, at least share feedback of what can be worked upon. Recruiters in this particular consultancy would try to avoid or calls or are not brave enough to inform interview rezults. I think this is extremely unprofessional behaviour, so I would never recommend this particular consultancy to anybody. You will find less fancy consultancies everywhere with sincere and efficient staff, they are just a google search away.

Horrible experience with this consultancy..I was in talks with Afreen who recommend that I interview for Adp US Recruitment team. I reached the ops round and when i got a call from her she said i had cleared that round and had one more round to go. Few days later after no updates when I called her she said they want me to interview for the payroll process and she would inform me when the interview would be scheduled. After waiting for 3 days and not getting any update when I called her she said i was rejected..now how do i believe this person who gives different answers every time I call her. After a few days when I call her to check if she has any other company that I could interview for she said Apd Hyderabad is hiring.. I was ok with that and even received a call after that on the next day that my interview is scheduled between 3 & 6pm. No calls from Adp..I messaged Afreen and no response..since then I have called and messaged her on multiple occasions but no response..Pathetic and unprofessional behavior..me and my friends are all looking for a job and even if she couldn't place me the least she should have done is answer message.. it's considered as professionalism..I will never recommend this consultancy to anyone.

Pankaj Solanki - Founder of syncopy solution - he don't know how to talk with candidate who apply here for jobs . I have applied for the job here and sent my resume but didn't received any call for interview and when I called Pankaj ( Mr CEO ) for the update he starter abusing me and said that why you are calling me. He don't have the common sense that if I have applied for the job from his consultancy then I have to follow him for the update. Being such a coward I don't know how he is able to run this company . I am sure if he will work like this his company will definitely get shut down one day for sure. I am writing this much so that you guys can get idea that such scamster are there in market who will not only disturb your mind but also waste your time. He had also given me threat that if next time I will call him he will come to my place to beat me as he can see it on my resume. Such a good company CEO.
