I live in one of the flat, in this society. Well connected to most of the places in city. There is Columbia Asia hospital, Bollywood multiplex, Radisson blue, Reliance Smart, Mother Teresa and Arnold School near by within a range of 2 KM's. City bus stop is just opposite the road Chandan Nagar police station is also just a KM away.

Locality : 5* (You will be staying in middle of Kalyani Nagar, Kaharadi and Magarpatta. So no matter where your office is; all three locations are just 7-10mins far). Facilities : 5* (Gym, Guest parking in front of main gate, Gas pipeline, 24*7 water supply, Corporation water for drinking, 24*7 security guard). People : 5* I haven't found any issue with anyone during one year of my tenancy. Flat : 5* Very good carpet area and layout, I liked two balcony concept one in hall and another one in master bedroom. Other plus points : Vegitable mandi is just 1kms far, Theater is in 2mins of walking distance, medical, ATM, Saloon, Parlour, Ata chakki :), PMC playground in front of main gate ... everything is available within 500 meters.

Very nice ambience & aura of society. Well managed society committee. Incase if you want to shift in to 2 BHK this is very option. School, medical, groceries,temples, bank etc all essential services are just nearby.

This review is basically for whom looking for rent. Be cautious with flat no B-506 Gattu family. They don't return full deposit. They are fraud.

Well lit and ventilated, especially roof height that makes home audio feeling, good construction quality, very cooperative society admin team and residents, very descent people etc etc...
