Hi All, This is in reference to verbal harassment with my sister's training experience of just 3 days with teachoo in Pune. The trainer told her some concept regarding the work my sister is doing in her office and confidently told that the way she has filed the GST for her company is not correct. As part of proactive and prompt action my sister get her work reviewed quickly from her office CA's and other professional colleagues. After the deatiled analysis and cross verifying the things, my sister reached out again to teachoo trainer. Surprisingly, the trainer took it personally in very very unprofessional way and started shouting at my sister that why did she cross verified the things/concept which she told her. Next when I called the trainer to understand the issue, she replied to me saying first learn to be good citizen, brother and dc the call. I called her again and this time a male person picked the call and said we don't teach mentle people and don't give them certificates to mentle. Such a loose talk for no reason was quite surprising to hear. Only point of my sister was to understand the concept and clarify the things to avoid any mistakes in her office work in future. We are not here to question the competency of the teacher but such things are not at all tolerable.
