I am not sure how this nursery works in their local area, but if you are ordering from other places in India, I have just one word from you - DON'T. They are horrible, extremely overpriced, bad quality plants and very bad service. After a promised 6 or 7 days delivery, they did not even ship the product for a month, citing the lockdown. Once the lockdown was over, they again waited some 15-20 days. During this period, they once even shared a fake delivery AWB. Finally, after two months, I got just one plant of the three I had ordered, and in a very bad condition - dying leaves, rotting roots. After a threat of police complaint, they sent the other two plants - again, a month later. The first plant, by this time, is already long dead. And the two that I received just two days back are also not in any good shape. The plants came with two leaves only, and packed like cattle to a slaughter. Save your hard earned money, go to a reputed online seller, or visit a local nursery. Don't buy from these guys ever.

This entity is a sham. Do not order from here. They do not deliver your products after taking your money. I have been forced to chase them for 55 days without receiving my order. I ordered plants on July 22 and they are yet to deliver it. They also share fake tracking numbers to lie to you about delivery. Do not fall for their scam.

This website is absolute fraud . They ask you to pay in advance and don't deliver plants. My order no is 1407 . It has been a month since I placed my order . Did not get any plant ,no one is answering calls or responding to emails. NEVER BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE ,instead donate your money to some poor people

Alert!!!Please do not buy from this Teleplants. First the prices are high they loot the customers, second in case you need a refund After several follow ups , they deduct money & balance they refund. Upon checking they fake it out as gateway charges !!! The Same plant which I ordered on Teleplants for 480/- , i have got it for 150/- Rupees . I suggested them to do a fair business !!!

Teleplant is one of scam company in India. I had ordered cocopeat on 1 Nov 2020 and my order no- 1408, and I purchased cocopeat on local nursery on very cheap rate. Hence I cancelled my order on 4 Nov 2020 over phone but those people cancelled my order on 12 Nov 2020 and uploaded as cancelled the order and amount - 425/- refunded. But I am not received a money from teleplant till now. In this regard I will rise an issue through mail, wats app, and over phone also. No response from those people. Hence this nursery is fraudlent. These people making the money in this way using the name of nursery. You people think before order anything one more time. It's my humble request

I had placed an order for Variegated Rubber Plant (3 Stems) on 1st Nov for Rs.1200. As per website, delivery was to be done on 5-7 days. It is 15th Nov now and plant is still not delivered. Tried to contact on Email, WhatsApp and on Mobile. He keeps on giving false statement that delivery is done, delivery is getting delayed, etc. However, he still hasn't shared AWB number for delivery initiated many days earlier. (All false statements about delivery being processed). Please do not order on this website, your order will not be delivered and no refund shall be provided. The guy has stopped taking calls. He is totally unprofessional, pathetic customer service and not able to deliver simple order from Pune to Mumbai.

Teleplants is a scam! Do not order from them because they’ll take your money and do not deliver anything. Once the order is placed you’ll only regret since they do not respond to the calls AWA the messages. I made a huge mistake by doing online payment which resulted to a loss of Rs.1500. Be aware!

Extremely poor service. I placed the order on 9th Oct 2020, recieved order confirmation on 10th stating the order will be delivered in 7 to 10 days. I sent an email on 14th Oct asking for a possible delivery timeline, there was zero response. I have sent two emails from 19th to 22nd oct.On 23rd recieved a call informing me of the plants is not available, I asked for a alternative which I was told is a variant of money plant I asked if I could be refunded instead. As soon as I said refund the call was cut and I couldn't call on that number back. I called the listed number on 3rd November at 930 am, I was told the same thing of the plant being out of stock to which I asked for a refund. I was told I will be called back by 11:am. I have recieved no call back, no plant and now I find the number switched off or I have been blocked.
