Terrible. I placed a reservation and when I got there, I was informed the Bridge was closed on Saturdays. Then I requested a taxi at the hotel and Sanjay at the front desk used his Uber account, Sanjay informed the fare was 73 INR. When we got to my destination the Uber driver informed Sanjay had a debt of 154 INR. That I had to pay. This was extremely abusive and disappointing.
