A very nicely laid out place where you can go to simply relax and spend some time or go have lunch or the dinner either a la carts or buffet We went to meet some friends and well had to ask after ten minutes for water to be served! But after that hitch they took good care of us The staff is friendly and the service attentive We ordered spring rolls which were v tasty But the toasted club sandwich was quite ordinary It was cold and well something you can easily make it at home Maybe we ordered wrong but I d definitely not repeat it! The cappuccino was good The cold coffee was good but a tad bitter to taste! So had to add sugar to it! Still I d rate it a four as I feel its worth a second visit

The new Pune 14 at The Cafe is a foodhall inside of a 5 star hotel. The dishes are priced very economically in range of 199-399 inclusive of taxes. Desserts are 49-99 only. All inclusive price means no heartburn when the bill comes due to the exorbitant amount getting added in the end. The food is absolutely delicious. I love the vegetarian galouti kebab from Kebaberie. The chefs at Asian affair are amazing with the vegetarian take on most dishes, which makes me not feel left out as usual at Asian places. I also ordered a freshly pressed juice combination, which was refreshing, followed by a large cup of Huber & Holly ice cream. Love the place!

Has to be one of the best spreads. Their buffets are huge and wholesome. Christmas buffet was the best I ever had.
Amazing food and excellent service staff especially Saurabh who took really great care of us n made us feel like home. His service standards was absolute as my parents impressed with him. The quality time we had with the restaurant. Thank u soo much, surely will look forward to come again.
There were various options for vegetarians too, which is rarely the case. Good good, good ambience, good vibes... There were live counters for appam, starters, gol gappa, etc.
Sumptuous. The buffet at 'The cafe' was qhite exquisite to say the least. Menu contained wide range of cuisines, and each dish prepared in a most authentic way. Very hard to decide what to eat and what to skip. Service was prompt and good. Staff was very friendly and helped with serving as well selecting right dishes to each individual's palate. Dessert bar was also quite huge. Contained enough options for a vegetarian like me, which is rare.
Talking about taste it is too good and worth too! Also we were served chat (Pani puri) as a complimentary dish. Ambience gives you a royal touch and live soothing music is best add on to ambience!. But the service wasn't satisfactory. I had visited various 5 star and 7 stars restaurants. Here service was good but not worth and satisfactory in The Cafe- Hyatt! We expected good service as we are dining in such high class restaurant but we weren't satisfied. Overall I'll rate 7 on 10 fir The Cafe - Hyatt. I would had rated 9 on 10 .....but only service disappointed me. Billing was late...card machine wasn't working...... food served was delayed!......It doesn't suits in Hyatt.
