Great cordial staff, and did an excellent job in repairing my office chair. The price was so reasonable that I did not even feel like bargaining. The entire assembly was replaced and in the shortest time possible, that too directly at home. Due to some complications they came twice, first to collect the assembly, and then to replace it. Definitely recommended.
