Rubeena and her Charcoal Pit team are amazing. They customized our menu according to our theme and guest list instead of giving us a standard package and asking us to choose from it. Their food is always delicious and the presentation of each entree is very creative and par excellence. Their attention to detail and service was way beyond expectation. We highly recommend Charcoal Pit.

I had organised a small family get together in December 2019, and wanted to experiment with a new catering services. A family friend suggested Charcoal Pit. Initially to connect with the team was a challenge as they were busy with various pre commitments. The overall experience right from menu selections to the final execution was flawless. The food presentation, taste service all were just 10/10. I was scared as we had a complete Vegetarian menu, but these guys just nailed it. One of the major problem to get an outside catering service at your home is the mess they create and you have nightmares afterwards, but with Charcoal Pit it was different, their team ensured that there was no mess left behind. We were provided with 5 Star treatment by Charcoal Pit Banquets once again! Every item was not only well presented, but also truly delicious. The attention to detail made all the difference to the guests who appreciated the little coconut- shell containers used to serve the Thai dishes as well as the boat- shaped organic containers that were used to serve the scrumptious Quinoa salad. The Indian dishes took on a rustic look with Biryani being served in individual mini earthenware handis. It was indeed the perfect combination of style, taste and immaculate service! The staff of Charcoal Pit Banquets has always been prompt to accommodate suggestions and we have thoroughly enjoyed their hospitality on many occasions. It is no wonder that they are the best in Pune!
