First of all I could not believe such type of professional service (in this sector) did exist here in Pune. The Cobbler Pune, person was very prompt on calling back and answering call. He calmly replied to all my questions. He asked for issue with shoes, After sending the photos he immediately sent me solution for it, with cost, time required for them to do the task. Shoes were picked up from home and delivered back home after the job was done. The job done was absolutely amazing with such a good finish as if the issue never existed. Price wise I would say it’s worth what they ask. Instead of buying shoes it’s worth spending in getting shoes repaired from here. They are absolute 10/10 Highly recommended.

I was browsing for shoe cleaning for 3 days, then found The Cobbler. When I called and asked theyre super responsive, nice, and informative as well. From dirty, mouldy shoes and faded, torn leather bag. They sent it back with shiny, dyed, and restored as new both the shoes and the bag. I also have one shoulder bag which they recommend not to repair is because the replacement material won't look good with it. For the price it's really affordable. So yeah, we are pretty satisfied with their service. Thanks!

The service is good. However the prices are definitely on higher side. Definitely recommend for expensive shoes or the ones with priceless sentimental value.
Service and response is very good.. had given my shoes for cleaning..they tell you what exactly needs to be done with the shoes..they don’t exaggerate anything..happy with the results..
