A book shouldn’t be judged on the basis of its cover like a wise restaurant shouldn’t be judged on the basis of its name. The moment I heard the name “The great kebab factory” I assumed there won’t be many options for vegetarian but I was so wrong instead it was a paradise for vegetarian. The moment I stepped into the restaurant, it had a very pleasant vibe. The walls were adorned in caramel color, a brick-like structure and the painting were hanged on the wall of the restaurant which complimented well with the furniture and the flooring. The alignment of the tables was in the round conformation while the showcase of various Indian spices which were enclosed in a jar on one side of the corner. They a have open kitchen if one gets too enthusiastic about “food in making” then it is a good option for them and can enjoy indulging. The music which they play is very subtle, soft and calm and believes in the mantra of ‘lets the food do the talking’.Well, I would say it was a far cry from other hotels. Unlike others, they believe in zero wastage of food thus the quantity was apt and the presentation was beautiful and different for every dish. This is the rare scene these days where food is given the utmost priority. I would highly recommend this place if you are in search of soft music, royal ambiance, scrumptious food, great hospitality and prompt service. The prices ain’t so exorbitantly and they treat their patron with uttermost importance

This is an outlier in terms of hotel restaurants and a wonderful change for a business trip. The ambiance is set in royal style and the food is the set-menu format. They provide two options differing in terms of the number of kebabs on offer and each one is rightly priced. We loved the food and the variety of kebabs is amazing. The service is good and staff courteous. The chef himself came out to introduce at the end of the meal.

Good ambience. The starters are a hit or miss here most of the times. Main course is pretty average. Not worth the price you pay. There are better options available.

Nice one. We had dinner party there. Starters are good but limited options. Main cource is not so good. Desert was good. Good interior.

Been here couple of times few years ago and now again in Jan 2020. I definitely had better memories of the place from past, it still serves good food but some how that classic charm of mughlai food and hospitality is lost. Service wise average, the food also tasted just little above average but not as awesome as it used to be. May be I'll give it a year till next visit in hope of improvements.
