Did the job, however all greasy and oily hand marks on bonnet, and front area, didn't clean the area where they worked near gearbox so it was full of oil, very expensive for the quality of work, car was ready for delivery, but the bonnet was not locked, which I noticed halfway towards home. No doubt the owner is soft spoken and friendly, that is a anyways a primary requirement for any business. Pasted the garage sticker on the Number plate without permission, which I didn't like....

1. Owner is good and communicate well. 2. Service is good. 3. They don't suggest unnecessary changes. Have given 4 stars because after servicing and wash , car was not cleaned or dusted just before delivery . As a car owner I expect car to be delivered 100 clean

I am here to share the experience of the car repair for Brake pads and disc that got replaced by them. No issues with the part as that was original like sold by VW service centre. Since I have no idea on the pricing of the spares, they gave me the quotation of 8500 for the brake pads and disc, went ahead with it as I thought the price was reasonable enough to get it done. So next day the ABS light appeared again in the trip meter then I went to a different garage where I was told to get the sensor from the spare part shop. White buying the sensor, I also checked the prices for the same part that got replaced by TMW. It was shocking for me when the spare dealer handed me the pricing it was Rs. 5,300 vs. 8500 paid to TMW. No wonder they also buy the spares from the same shop as the shop had the stamp on the product packaging. TMW will not let you buy the spare parts from the market. Even though you get the spares, they will not fit it because of the sole reason i.e. Charging double on the spares. So if you are going there, who won't let you get your own spares, get the spares cost handy from the market to negotiate.

I am very happy with the service they provided. I visited this garage instead of my car dealership service center and I really like the work done here at very lower price. Value for money and far far better car service and interior cleaning. I highly recommend this if you want complete peace of mind and your car in new like condition.
