The owners are young, energetic and hardworking entrepreneurs. Lovely meeting such enthusiasts. The mushroom and classic pho, spring rolls and dumplings was very yummy. The portions are good and all ingredients used are fresh. The Pho truck is hygienic and food served is healthy. Will visit you again soon and spread the word among friends.

The Pho Truck is a case in point Mushroom Pho was delicious along with spring rolls Planning to visit again soon to check out the noodles salad The best part is you get to have some healthy as well as tasty bites

So after hearing a lot about the pho truck, I decided to order from there. Chef Nagraj Bhat a very down to earth, charming and talented chef was kind enough to deliver my order to my doorstep considering I live at the other end of pune (koregaon park) from where the truck is parked. I decided to order chicken spring rolls, veg and non veg dumplings, Vietnamese glass noodle salad, and of course the 5 spice hot garlic pho with chicken as well as without. My brother Manu's friend was visiting from Mumbai, and actually stayed back and left much later just to taste the pho. The moment I tasted the dumplings both veg and non veg I was in heaven, the Vietnamese glass noodles salad loaded with oriental vegetables and tasty peanuts were the next filling dish to be polished off. Then came the cherry on top of the cake, the 5 spice hot garlic pho with succulent chicken shreds, it was so very flavourful with the right crunch of vegetables interdispersed with slippery/slurpy glass noodles.I was in foodies paradise by the time I had finished this amazing Vietnamese meal courtesy the Pho truck and could just repeat the word, "Ambrosia"(Food eaten by God's) , time and again to describe what I had experienced on my dining table!

This was the first time i tried this cusine, ordered the chicken dumplings and the 5 spice chicken pho, the taste was so amazing forgot to get some clicks , the staff is polite and are always ready to help, enjoyed a lot. Surely will be first of many visits!
