My journey with the Pilates Studio started 4 months back. Before joining them, I have never done exercise in my life. Although a doctorate, doing exercise was a rocket science to me throughout my life. After joining Pilates Studio, I felt amazing that I also can do exercise. It is like winning a jackpot. Clear step by step instruction with passion is what I feel which led me to never stop the exercise. I am on my weight loss journey and I am thoroughly enjoying it. Also I had been suffering with severe pain in my right shoulder for the past 14 years which worsened last year where I was not able to lift even a pencil sometimes. Now I can easily lift 15 pounds with the same hand. One more medical condition where my left knee used to be very painful because of weak muscles around the knee. Now no more knee pain. I feel absolutely amazing and feel blessed to find such an awesome place where I feel highly accomplished even more than earning my Ph.D I enrolled my kids who are 15 and 11 years old.

It is the definition of your classic “Feel Good Moment” Pune has definitely lucked out thanks to Aahana and her wonderful team who are so warm and accommodating. It’s impossible for me to continue my day / week without seeing my reformer and sleeping with it ( the best kind of sleeping around anyone can do ) The Pilates studio (s) Pune is the place to be!!!

Amazing place ... lovely ambiance and super cool yet experienced trainers!! I joined Pilates post my surgery when My total body strength was absolutely low as well as my stamina. It’s been 8 months now and what a change this studio has brought in me. it has helped me gain my strength back ... my core strength has improved. Extremely well trained, professional yet warm and friendly trainers. The place is beautiful, nestled in the heart of Aundh in a cute bungalow with a gorgeous sitout with a swing. What's better is that there is a multi level parking right in front of the center!! I love the sophisticated machines, the positive vibes and the zen like ambiance. The trainers give you personalized advice and attention and t Pilates is a workout that is multifaceted and extremely effective.
