Ordered hot americano to keep it simple and it was worth every penny. It was served in a beautiful cup at perfect temperature. The server was very pleasent and welcoming. Must check out place of you are into coffee. The cafe is inside crossword book store has seating on 1st and 2nd floor both. Independent setup elsewhere will definitely attract more crowds for Third Wave.

I had lot of third wave coffee when I was in Bengaluru. There's no doubt that I am happy to see the store open very close to where I stay in Pune. I have had some of the best fresh brews at third wave. My only suggestion would be to work on the store timings. Store closes at 6:30 pm, which seems to be very early. Especially with Starbucks being at a distance of a stone throw.

Expected fresh coffee from this specialty coffee shop. Checked the shelf which had 40-50 days old coffee. Barista was reasoning that starbucks has coffee older than 6 months. Well, why you chose third wave as your brand name then? Just name it ThirdWaveBucksToo. One can actually order from their website and get freshly roasted beans instead of paying astronomical prices for the old coffee which has already passed its peak. After visiting KP's branch I had recommended this to so many people I know, I wish I paid a visit to this branch before I advised anyone. Check on shelf before ordering. If you see coffee older than 4 weeks, just leave! As bad as it sounds to a coffee person, I'd actually advise going to starbucks (if desperately in need of caffeine) which is just beside Crossword, there you atleast get an ambience which may kinda justify the premium price tag. This isn't a specialty coffee shop ( Aundh branch) by any standards. Just a fancy cafe with fancy tools. Coffee is their last concern. Needless to say I didn't drink their coffee. Why would I? I don't have a thing for sad coffee. Sorry.

A Bangalore coffee startup has now opened 2nd outlet in Aundh tucked inside Crossword store. Along with standard coffee, they also have their own curated coffee options which are worth trying too. The staff is warm and welcome you to sit and read books while sipping hot curated coffee.

Had a great experience at Third Wave. The staff was very friendly and Mr. Prasad also gave us an impromptu tasting session by brewing coffee using a Syphon! Recommend TW for good coffee and lovely vibes :)
