Bought a tent house for kids, they had a very old piece. They did not open and show and said since it is company packed, they cannot open. However the box was already opened and was closed using cello tape. Went home to find the hinges were missing. Had to travel back to shop to get them. They searched and provided the hinges. After going back found they were not fitting. Had to make a trip again to shop for getting the correct ones. During all this my niece for whom I was buying got disinterested in this. Asked them to replace the item with any other toy as we were frustrated with so many issues in it. They refused and insisted we take it. Now this piece of junk is lying wasted. Finally ordered a good tent house from Amazon, as usual was a good experience, also at much cheaper rate. Amazon also has very flexible return policies. Now I won't again do the mistake of buying anything from here.

Poor collection of toys. Most of the toy boxes are damaged. Stained toys. They do not have absolutely packed products. AC switched off even in scorching summer. Shopkeeper not at all interested in entertaining customers. Busy on his mobile phone. Products overpriced. The shop next to this one is much better.
