Worst customer support, no refund They say it's customers responsibility to check the product, I asked the representative to give an xl size nappys and he gave me XS size i thought it's xl for kids so I bought them and opened it at home to find the size as SS which is smaller than small size. I return the product and asked them for exchange, they said they don't have the size hence we have to take a different product as they don't refund the money. We asked them to get the size as I don't want to buy any other product. They said they will get them from different store. Its been 1 week till now they haven't get the product neither refund. I will never buy from this chain again. Worst service.
