Hi Team, I am not received my medal and T-shirt either return my money, because I have completed my run 26th Jan and still I am not received my medal and T-shirt... Hope less service ever... Can I get the update for my BIB No. 4577887 T-shirt and mental. It was told that we will receive by 10th Feb. If there is delay you should inform us...this highly unprofessional. Please send it as soon as possible or else I will complaint on social platform that u charge and don't give the appreciation and promised things on time. Definitely not going to recommend any others.

I am try to contact many time from email for my refund for Global Goals Run Mumbai held on 12th January 2020. which was cancelled and they have promised to me for refund in 14 days but still i am waiting for refund. And they have not reply for my email. very irresponsible staff.

I registered for Kids India Fashion Week 2020. Now due to pandemic covid 19 the show is not scheduled. I require refund of my registration fees. But no one is responding. They are cheats.

Nonsense.....taste was too bad. Left my food halfway. Staff took my ID card saying they give 10% discount on corporate ID cards, made me wait long and returned to tell me that my company is not registered with them. At least staff should be trained about their own policies.

Don't register for events through Town script! They cant do even the basics and is the most irresponsible company ever seen! For an event which due in 2 days ( 4th Feb 2018 ) , they are not able to answer where to collect the kit ( BibT shirt ) from. No calls are attended and emails are responded with ticket numbers with absolutely no sense or urgency or importance. Request everyone to avoid booking through town script and book through book my show instead who are much professional team!.

Hosting is good but payout is a sad process... Called 4 times in a single day. 1st call at 945 am: we will initiate the transfer now, you will receive it by afternoon. 2nd call at 337 pm: we have initiated the process, please give me an hour or so. 3rd call at 527: it reaches executive who drops the call. 4th call at 530: please give me some time to get the information. Where's the money dude??? We know it's not a big amount yet...
