Experience with Tulsi Battery is extremely worse. They do nothing. Imy case they came and looked at the inverter and then took that Inverter to the shop saying that they will repair it. They returned the inverter in the evening . The problem was same and it was not rectified. Then I complained again that problem is not solved. Then these guys installed a service inverter and then took my inverter saying they will repair it. My inverter was their within for more than 3 weeks and they did not even followed up and informed me about the problem. After 3 weeks when I enquired the person replied that it is not repaired and he sent the faulty Inverter without repairing. Please be aware that he only speaks and beats around the bush.on ground he has not repaired anything in my inverter.
