Costliest household shop I ever visited. It will cost you more than 50 as compared to Dmart or reliance Mart. I purchased around rupees 5K items from this shop which I would purchase from dmart in rupees 3k. 4 sets of lock cost 285 in Tulasi and same you can get in Dmart @179(105 rupees in one item imagine about 50 items). 79 rupees bucket will cost you 155. Hats off to service team. Extremely impressed. I had bought Bhatla iron board this Feb 2020 from Tulsi retail. Was facing some issues related to the stand. Called the landline and then the mobile number on my purchase bill from Tulsi retail. (Had a 2 years warranty on the product). Was a completely hassle free experience. In fact the service team was extremely proactive. Was just asked to message my issue with the iron board on their wapp along with photograph and my residential address. I recd a prompt reply saying issue has been raised to the company and would be resolved in two days. In fact, follow up was kept by Tulsi retail and I didnt have to keep any follow up. And on the third day itself board was replaced. I loved their no nonsense attitude. I personally believe in offering quality service - so nothing wrong in expecting it as well I guess :). Being at the receivers end this time made me euphoric and so I am posting my personal experience. I must say, I frankly didnt expect this quality service, however was greatly impressed with what the team did and the way they managed it smoothly. Those believing in quality service - should surely visit and experience Tulsi retail. My best wishes to the team and a 5 * rating for offering me a quality experience. I hope my message keeps morale of the team at Tulsi retail high enough to continue their quality work. Thank you once again
I love to shop from Tulsi as its always updated with new products in market. But definitely would love to bring this to sight that the products are high at price, but would not deny that those are of good quality n long lasting.
This place is Well maintained ,this place ka clean , this place is structured , items are little costly , you will get same items in low cost in other store , people and staff are trained and polite , they will provide you whatever you looking for , this place is all items house hold item under one roof but as mentioned this is not cost effective place
All household items under one roof.The shopping experience and quality of products is great. You might also find new uncoventional yet functional items for your household which are not easily available elsewhere.
