They were supposed to deliver clothes on a particular date by 8pm but did not. When called, they said they don't have staff. They did not even inform that the delivery cannot be made. When I went to collect the clothes I found their staff were present in the shop but busy chit-chatting, cracking jokes and having nice time. Cannot rely on UClean any more....
