Recently I got few products from Urbanladder, Hadapsar. It was really a nice experience for me. Specifically Thanks goes to Feroz who helped on the entire process from ordering , selecting to delivery of the furniture. He picks the call immediately and ready to help on any queries or doubts. Also, for few things we requested for video call to show the furniture and he called Hyderabad and Mumbai stores to show the products via video call whi h really helped to take final decision on the selection. Also, the delivery guys were really soft spoken and supportive during delivery which is not available in other local deliveries. Thanks Urbanladder for this great experience. Keep it up!

They has better and good quality furnitures with really good furniture designs in thier outlet. But the furniture prices does not justify the quality of products, looks like companies are trying to cover their pendamic losses by selling a single product. Also no Dusshera or Diwali discounts going on.
