The apartment is awesome and I would like to thank a lot for the care taker who is a Nepali, he is amazing. Very good hospitality, very clean rooms and hall. The hall and dining are for common use. The apt has 3 bedrooms with attached bathroom. Only the hall and dining is shared. Had nice 3 day/night stay there and I would go there next time if I visit pune. If you want to utilize the hall and dining only for you, then better call and check if someone else is not there in the rooms. Else, if some one is not there in the rooms this is the best apartment. The caretaker is an awesome person and I liked the place only because of his hospitality.
