Tired of the same old boring collections at those fancy stores? Pick up a book, design your own outfit, choose the fabric and head to one of these five tailors in the city who will help convert your dream dress into a reality. Located in Kumar Plaza, next to Wonderland in Camp, Vastra has been in business for the last 14 years. Run by Mohan and Poonam Jajodiya, they have two stores: one for traditional wear and other for western wear just next to each other. Their in-house designing team consists of three people who customise outfits for all kinds of occasions. So just pick up your fabrics, scribble your designs and they will take care of the rest. Usually, they take around two weeks to make the outfits but if you’re in a hurry, the express order will help you get your dress stitched in a week’s time.
