Flats are good,best in location with limited amenities. The water in kitchen sink comes at very slow speed. The flush tank of commode never seen full .every time we need to fill it with bucket. If you want to stay here don forget to bring some extra barrels. All together we can say is ... Pathetic socity to live.

Very poor management and unregulated maintainance service, need to do constant follow ups with management for even little things, Don't fall in to prey to they sales team if you don't want headache for lifetime. There's only tanker system for water and construction of building is very cheap that has frequent water leaks just over 1 year old duration
