Devender Hooda

Prime location - but very poor parking space - mainly due to ongoing metro work. Staff was cooperative but only 2 persons (May be due to Covid). It took about 15-20 minutes to get my problem addressed.

Pathetic Customer support. 6 Executives will told you 6 different documents to be submitted. They don't have proper coordination within themselves. Whenever you visit there store you have to wait for atleast 1 hour or I can say you will waste your valiable time. They need to improve there hospitality and support system so that no customer will suffer from mental harrassment.

The most horrible experience. If you want to get harrassed do visit this place. Horrible service. The staff themselves don't know what they offer. I had to go there 3 times and even after that my new activation was not done. I finally got tired and took another carrier.

Good location and ambience.. alas... disappointing experience. Visited close to lunch hour and 3 out of 5 counters were unoperational. Security gave token number which later he lost track about but none of the serviceable counters moved and wait was for 25mins - for a query that the exec sorted in 5 mins. Perhaps a one off bad day for staff but the talented customer service at such a premium location has to get their act together for reducing the waiting time.

Pathetic and worst service they said this walk In store and you will have solution in 24 hours ,after 5 days we do not have any response.... Do not go with VI bad service and Worst Experience suffer from fraud of Rs. 1200/- still not received from 8 days

Stay away from this store, store staff is incompetent and utterly unprofessional dealing with requests. They would blatantly commit mistakes and then argue and threaten, instead of apologizing. If Vi brand pains were not enough, this store multiples those pains a billion times. Avoid Vi as service provider for their incompetency, with extremely poor level of service and absence of professionalism.
