We had a gas leakage while making dinner Tried calling them n numbers of time but no use.. it was so horrendous that my kids got so frightened and were not able to sleep whole night. No customer service the delivery guy did not check and give the cylinder even after insisting for check.He was like time nahi hai. This matter will be escalted to the higher authority. Mind it indane !! U will get back

The staff is super supportive, they process queries almost immediately thus a very fast turnaround time. Pen paperwork forms etc all is there just need Id proof and address proof with photo they will take care of everything else. Next day delivery is also good. The place can be seen from main road. I would recommend going there at 9 30 am to avoid any rush and getting the job done 1 thing in th morning.
I am satisfied with the service, they helped me with filling forms so transferring connection was smooth and refilling also don't take much time
