Viva Fit, Salisbury Park Pune Branch has been the most neglected and unorganized gym of all times. The staff is highly unprofessional. The schedules are delayed for months. Trainers keep changing like the wind. Freelancers are not given proper instructions about the timings. The hydraulic machines are in a bad shape. The workout bands are worn out. The place is not hygienic at all. The updates are never given on time, but just one day prior. More than that, there is no one available on the help desk. All in all, its a waste of your hard earned money, time and you wont even lose an inch of weight. The owners need to understand that they are spoiling the name of a recognized brand.

Vivafit earlier when I joined was extremely good because they had good trainers but suddenly they have have become disorganized whether the sessions are conducted properly or no if there is burn c they conduct Zumba instead of that where as it is overpriced Gym but we are not getting the service what we were getting earlier inspite of talking to the management things are the same . The management needs to take up Vivafit seriously in appointing good trainers and conduct proper sessions. Thank you
