My personal experience has been very pleasant. The personnel were very courteous and the product is quite impressive. If one looks at the positives , its smooth to ride and very comfortable. Easy to learn In both modes , manual as well as electric . It took me no time at all even at my age of 75 . Looking at the rising cost of petrol and diesel, it's a smart decision to go electric. What is good is that the battery is detachable. For those living in flats , it is very convenient. I do hope that many of you will go in for this . It's a wise decision.
