Pathetic after sales service. After paying full amount in advance and waiting for 2 months, when u get the defective or damaged item you are simply gone. Because they don't care about customer or customer's emotions. I got damaged product with dents and chipped off wood. I am asking for replacement but they are insisting for sending carpenter to fix it by glue and paints. While already there is a visible mark of such repair, which won't seems will last longer. They are casually saying that it will not come off again. This is happening since last five days after delivery of damaged product, only after I call and remind them I receive the same call from them insisting for repair. I will keep updating further about how they will resolve the problem. So that, it can help others who are thinking to buy items from here......

If you want mental peace then I suggest this is the last place you should be shopping from. I ordered a computer table in November and once it was delivered I found the top part of the table completely out of shape. Quality wise it's good but we don't pay a huge sum of money to receive a defective piece. Been chasing the team since Dec and they keep repeating the statement it will be replaced and it's March now and all I have done is wasted my time and energy chasing them to get it replaced. It's really not worth it to risk online furniture shopping with this kind of service. I'm utterly disappointed and recommend you to think twice before purchasing from here. Update : order id 112544

Totaly fraud company. Insteady of 10 days of delivery, they took 2 months. After waiting for 2 months, i get used, dirty and nearly discraded rug. Even a road side supplier could have done better.

I bought wooden sofa set and it’s really value for money. Good staff and delivery was on time. I am so much happy with the sofa and their proper followups which I don’t find anywhere. Great store!

Disgusting company. will sell you their products and offer no after sale service. I received a defective product from them and their production teams just said there is nothing we can do! you don't have to believe me but look at all the negative reviews this company has got. Scam!

The sideboard we bought is fabulous. Service was excellent at the shop they explained that they could keep item till we ere ready for delivery. When we contacted them they arranged delivery no fuss whatsoever. Delivery was fantastic the men carried the sideboard through the building site which is our garden, into the house. Very happy from purchase to delivery. Thoroughly recommend this company

Pathetic quality of product. Complete waste of money. Customer care service is useless. They will not pick up your call after buying products. No on time delivery, always they will give some or the other excuse. BIG NO TO WOODEN STREET. better to buy products from paperfry in half price. Almost 1 out of two product is defective. Design issue, polish color, measurement problem. Product realease some glue after few day and if you complain they will put wax to fill up gap. Don't buy anything here. Had very bad experience with Pune Kharadi store. I have been chasing them to see defective products and replacement of it since long. More than 7 month. Big NO.
