I have a heart condition, hence I was struggling with my everyday routine (even a walk in neighbourhood would mean being breathless). Doctors have said only treatment available is to get operated. So, I met Rupa ma’am and she guided me with yoga and meditation designed as per my ability. I am glad to share, that within few months of her guidance, I am now able to even dance for a while! From a hopeless situation to a hopeful life! Thanks to all the positive guidance of Rupa ma’am :)
