In a survey that we did, the following points came out: Some of the world’s self-made millionaires are in their twenties/thirties. While many professionals will retire with less than one million dollars made in their entire lifetime. The skills required in today’s industry are a lot different from what they were very short time (let’s say a decade) ago. On one hand, there is a lot of unemployment; while on the other, the industry is struggling to get trained personnel to meet its requirements. There are literally thousands of jobs vacant for the lack of availability of trained resources. A large part of interviewees does not clear even the first two rounds of selection; that is, written test and interview. Education creates ability to mug-up and reproduce answers. However, it does not lead to empowerment. Almost 99% of the graduates complete their education and start looking for jobs, instead of creating jobs and opportunities.
