staff is helpful, but no place for customer in office, in case of rain or any... at least they should offer place to seat for a while in case we reached early or in rain. but they allow us to seat in car till the time we start the trip.

Company may be good but i forget my cell in car and within hour they said we didn't found cell phone while that car was there only. Zoom car needs to improve there Customer service ability.

Excellent service and very affordable. I am very satisfied with their service as they gave us best of cars in top conditions and everything was smooth from booking to returning. They provided keyless entry. The car was equipped with GPS and chargers. I will definitely book a zoomcar again.

They have tried to expand too much too soon and as a result their operations have suffered. Their dirty and poorly maintained cars breakdown on the highway and ruin your vacation. Also, that large dirty logo on the side of every car is a big turn-off! Price- and service-wise, Justride is much better!

The staff here at the pickup point is cooperative. Well maintained cars are available for booking. The place needs maintenance or some kind of modification (during monsoon it becomes difficult to move around as it becomes muddy)
