Small bus stand, no parking nearby, no space for buses to board in stand, so much crowd, you will get no help as crowd is awful. So many problems are there. Use private Transport

Overcrowded place. It sucks that weird smell nothing is clean. I mean Pune is one of the top cities of India and still it's not clean. Seating arrangement is really bad. Again there are no proper announcement the notice boards are pretty confusing. Proper arrangements is necessary.. it's a busy station it needs to be cleaned properly. We'll it was a worst experience.

The people at the ticket counter are very rude and gives answers to the travelers like they are doing favour on people by telling them information. Taking salary from people's money they show their attitude on peoples. I think they should be taught that whatever you are earning is only because of people. Morons.....
